Due to the personal nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or damaged products once delivered.

To ensure a smooth resolution in case of transit damage or incorrect delivery, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package.

Important Guidelines

• Velloura X is not responsible for any damage caused after the product has been delivered.

• In case you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:
